This was the first rheumatology office where the clinicians actually took the time to provide true patient-centered care. Sarah, the PA was amazing. She was kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Dr. Oneil is also an excellent clinician, who took the time to collaborate on a plan with me - a plan that I felt comfortable with and that met my needs and preferences for treatment. The receptionist and the waiting room were very pleasant and the waiting time was much shorter than I expected. Highly recommended.
